Shipping
All of the pieces are handmade and most of the pieces are made to order.
Please allow us approximately 8-10 business days for made to order pieces to ship and 5-8 business days for in stock pieces once payment is received.
RUSH ORDERS: I love to accommodate your needs so if you want your jewels sooner than the 8-10 days standard time I am happy to provide upgraded shipping. Please contact me before order at: jewelsbymarcela@gmail.com so we can adjust the shipping amount and timeline.
*Note that upgrading shipping options does not affect the creation time, just the delivery time once it is shipped.
All jewels come beautifully packed in an eco-friendly box (brown recycled paper) with tissue paper and ribbon. If you would like to add a personalized note I am happy to include that free of charge.
Domestic Orders
I ship via USPS First Class mail. Express shipping available by request. Shipping rates are based on total order amount.

Your jewelry will ship packaged in a durable jewelry box inside of a flat rate box.

Your package will have a $100.00 worth of insurance and tracking (unless upgraded insurance is requested). You will be notified via email with a tracking number once the item ships.

Estimated shipping time depends on destination and once the package has been dropped at the post office it is completely out of my control. If there is an issue with delivery please contact your local post office for more information.
International Orders
We are pausing international shipping for a little while as we navigate recent tariff changes.
Thank you for your patience and understanding - we'll reopen international orders as soon as things settle and I have a clearer picture of the new shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction with your MCJ piece truly matters! If for any reason you’re not complete happy, please reach out to me at: jewelsbymarcela@gmail.com to start a return process. I’d love to hear what went wrong and see how I can make it right.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges for in-stock jewels within 7 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s:
• In its original condition
• Unworn or unused
• Returned in its original packaging
Each piece is carefully packaged in a beautiful, recyclable box to ensure it arrives safely and ready to be loved.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the buyer’s responsibility for both returns and exchanges.
Damages & Concerns
Each MCJ piece is packaged with love and care to arrive safely to you. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me right away through my CONTACT page
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives so I can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction and trust mean so much to me, and I’ll do everything I can to ensure you’re happy with your jewel.
Payment
We do accept all major credit cards through PayPal for payment. Sales tax of 7% applies to orders shipping to the state of Florida.
